Open Arts Publishing provides publishing services including but not limited to:

  • Editorial review and development
  • Book publishing and distribution
  • Marketing and promotion services
  • Author support and guidance

3. Author Submissions

By submitting your work to Open Arts Publishing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the original author and owner of the submitted work
  • Your work does not infringe upon any third-party rights
  • You have the right to grant us publishing rights
  • Your work is not currently under contract with another publisher

4. Intellectual Property

Authors retain copyright to their original works. By entering into a publishing agreement with Open Arts Publishing, you grant us the right to publish, distribute, and market your work according to the terms specified in your individual publishing contract.

5. Payment and Royalties

Payment terms, royalties, and financial arrangements will be detailed in your individual publishing agreement. All financial terms are subject to negotiation and will be clearly outlined before any contract is signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Open Arts Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
